  1. How do I subscribe to the service?

    That's easy...

    You can click the subscribe button on the subscribe page. We have three subscription options available.

    Choose the option you want to subscribe to and then enter either your Paypal account details, or your credit card details for which you will receive an instant receipt. Your account will be setup within 60 seconds and you will be sent a seperate email containing a link to your account configuration files and instructions on how to setup the account.

    Installing the software, logging in to the service and unblocking your websites can take only 2 minutes!

  2. What are your calling charges?

    We don't have any

    We do not operate a calling service, so we don't have any calling charges.

    We only allow you to connect to an uncensored internet connection. You will need to subscribe to a VOIP service such as Skype in order to make PC to PC or PC to phone calls.

    The service will only unblock Skype or other VOIP services that may be blocked in your country.

  3. Can I make Skype calls?

    Yes!

    Once you are subscribed you will be able to unblock Skype or other PC based VOIP services and make calls.

  4. Can I access a website that is blocked in my country?

    Yes we can unblock your sites!

    Once you are subscribed you will be able to access websites as if you were in the same country that your server is based in.

  5. Does your service replace my current internet service?

    No, you need your current internet connection to connect through to our servers. Once you are connected all your data is then encrypted and sent through our servers before it reaches the public internet.

  6. Will it work on my computer?

    Our VPN service will run on PCs running Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well as Apple Mac computers running Mac OS Tiger (10.4), Leopard (10.5),Snow Leopard (10.6) and Lion (10.7).

  7. Will it work in my country?

    The VPN service should run fine in all countries, we have tested it successfully in many countries including the UAE, Oman and China.

  8. What if the local ISP blocks your service?

    It is unlikely that this will happen but if it does please let us know and we can reconfigure your account so that you will able to connect again.

  9. How do I configure my PC?

    When you subscribe you will receive an email containing a link to your configuration files and to our support web site.

    Our two minute installation videos on the support site show you how to configure your PC.


    ...and yes it really does take only two minutes to setup!

  10. How can I get help

    If you are having problems connecting to the VPN or configuring your PC please contact us through our contact page and let us know details about the problem you are having and we can provide technical support

  11. Why have I been billed again?

    Our service is subscription based

    We offer a recurring subscription based service. If you do not want to be re-billed you must cancel your subscription before the re-billing date. Your account will automatically be re-billed if you have not cancelled your subscription.

  12. How do I cancel my subscription?

    We hope you don't want to leave...

    But if you do it is easy to cancel your subscription.

    Simply log into Paypal using the details you provided when you subscribed, you will be able to see details of your transactions and cancel your subscription.

  13. Can I have a free trial to make sure it works for me?

    We do not provide trial accounts but if you have problems and our technical support team are not able to help you get connected we will refund your subscription payment.
