Common support questions
Where do you have servers?
We currently have VPN servers in the UK, USA, Germany, France, Sweden and Australia.
Which service should I sign up for?
It depends what you want to use it for. If you want to access blocked websites, unblock VOIP applications or secure your connection you should sign up for service in the country closest to you in order to achieve the best speeds. If you want to access specific country-based services such as Hulu or BBC iPlayer you should sign up for a service based in that country.
Can I connect from my iPhone?
Yes, please contact us and let us know you want to do this and we will configure your account.
Tunnelblick keeps disconnecting and then reconnecting to the VPN, how do I stop this?
Click the Tunnelblick icon in the menu bar and select "Details". Make sure the "Monitor connection" box is not ticked and then reconnect to the VPN.
The VPN is connecting but I still can not access sites when using Windows Vista or Windows 7. How can I fix this?
On Windows Vista and Windows 7 you need to start the OpenVPN software with administrative rights. To do this start the software by right clicking the OpenVPN GUI icon and selecting "Run As Administrator" instead of just double clicking on it.
I am currently a monthly subscriber, can I switch to an annual account?
Yes, please contact us and let us know you want to do this and we can organise things for you.
Why can I not connect from my second computer?
While you can configure the connection on any PCs or Macs that you have you can only connect from a single machine at any one time. Make sure your first computer is not connected to the VPN and then the second one will be able to connect.
